Small Handmade Japandi Inspired Ceramic Vase with Blue Brush Decoration
This small modern handmade pottery vase would be a wonderful addition to your home. The vase is made from a dark coloured clay, with a white slip background and large blue brush marks in order reflect the movement in nature and to compliment the form of the vase. The vase is hand thrown on my potters’ wheel in my garden studio in Kent, UK. Once it is thrown, I have altered the shape slightly, to emphasise the plasticity of the clay, and then when it is a little drier, I have decorated the vase by hand. It has a transparent glaze over the colours, both inside and out.

• All items are packaged in a special cardboard box. They are then placed in a further box with compostable chips for transit. Occasionally I use other packaging in order to reuse it and avoid sending it to landfill.
